This free class meets twice every Tuesday & Thursday at 10:30 in the Healthy Corner room of the Medina Senior Center. The class is led by an Arthritis Foundation trained instructor from The Sanctuary of Medina. All exercises are approved by the Arthritis Foundation. Dynabands are provided and used to strengthen muscles and to improve flexibility and range of motion. No need to call ahead. Just stop in.
