If you are new to our program or have technique questions and want to review basic steps, please attend our complimentary review classes. Please join us for a preview of the steps that will be taught in the class that will immediately follow.
**This class is complimentary to aerobic members and drop in students.
Please register at the front desk so we will have sufficient staff.
