Interested in learning to kayak but not sure where to start? Join Cleveland Metroparks Institute of the Great Outdoors to learn the basics for having fun and paddling safely on in-land lakes and rivers. This on-the-water class includes all necessary kayaking equipment and will cover kayaking basics, boating safety, proper boat control and wet exits, so come prepared to get wet. To register, call the Institute of the Great Outdoors at (216) 341-1704, Monday – Friday. The program fee is $40 per person. Ages 16 and up.
